District Health & Welfare Samiti, Jalpaiguri will recruit different categories of staff under various programmes in the Department of Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Jalpaiguri, Government of West Bengal on purely contractual basis.
Application is invited from the eligible candidates for engagement of different categories of staff under the District Health & Family Welfare Samity, Jalpaiguri (on contract basis) from 05.08.2020 to 26.08.2020 at 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (working days only).

Multiple answers response against a question will be treated as incorrect answer. No marks will be deducted for questions not attempted. Computer Skill Test & Interview: Candidates call for a computer skill tests comprising of 40 marks and an interview of 10 marks will be held on the same day. Knowledge and proficiency in basic computer knowledge and MS office & Internet applications. Ranking of candidates will be made on total marks obtain by a candidate summing up the marks obtained in 1. Written examination 2. Computer Skill Test 3. Interview |

- Self Attested Photo copies of Mark Sheets — Madhyamik & Higher Secondary Examinations.
- Self Attested Photo copies of All Mark sheets (Semester /Year wise) of Bachelor Degree, Master Degree and Management degree (as per post criteria)
- Self Attested Photo copy of Caste certificate (to whom applicable)
- Self Attested Photo copy of Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) recognized by the Govt. of West Bengal State medical Faculty / AICTE as per post criteria
- Self Attested Photo copy of Computer Course Certificate as per post criteria
. 9. Self Attested Photo copy of Experience Certificate (Experience certificates must consist of Name of the post, Employer’s Name, Employee’s Name, Date of Joining (DOJ) and Date of Leaving (DOL) otherwise experience certificates will be treated as invalid).
10. Self Attested Photo copy of voter card / Aadhar card / other address proof.
