Applications for the post of GRS are invited from the intending candidates in the  prescribed  form  available  on  the  district  website  bin).The candidates having the requisite eligibility criteria for engagement in 15 (fifteen) posts of Gram Rozgar Sevaks (GRSs) in different Gram Panchayats of Sambalpur District under MGNREGS on contractual basis. The Gram Rozgar Sewak shall get a Consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs.7000/- (Seven thousand) per month.

The applications in prescribed form duly filled in and the sealed cover superscribed as ” APPLICATION FOR THE POsv or GnaM  nozGAR  SEVAK’ along with the self attested copy of the required Documents Testimonials in support of the Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Mark Sheet, Residential and Caste Certificate issued by the concerned Tahasildar/ Addl. Tahasildar. The applications should reach to the Project Director, DRDA, Kachery Road Sambalpur on or before 20.07.2020 by 5.30 PM by Registered Post/Speed Post only. The application received beyond the stipulated date shall not be considered. ELIGIBILITY

The age of the applicant shall not be below 18 years and shall not exceed 40 years as on the 1•t day of the month during which the recruitment process start i.e. 1* June 2020. • Educational §,iua1ification.
  • The minimum qualification of the candidate should be 10+2 pass or its equivalent qualification as notified from time to time  by  CHSE  Odisha  with Computer proficiency of ‘O’ level and use of Odiya language in Computer. Computer

proficiency is only qtiali{yin g in nattire and  shall not count  for determining  the order of merit.

The  candidature   of   the  candidates   applying   for   the  post  of   GRS having

qualification(s) like PGDCA, BCA, MCA, MSc. (Computer science) from Government recognized Or ganisations Universities being higher than ’0′ level shall be considered, provided  such candidate fulfil all other  eligibility  criteria.  The certificates  of PGDCA,

BCA, MCA, MSc. (Computer science) from organizations other than Government recognized institute University shall not be considered.

C.                  Domicile:-

The Candidate should be a resident of Sambalpur district. The candidates are required to submit copy of the itesident Certificate from concerned competent Revenue authority.

D.                  Selection Criteria

1. The selection of candidates shall be strictly on the basis of the Marks obtained in 10+2 Examination. Marks secured in Fourth Optional shall not be included.
2. The Selection of Gram Rozgar Sevak will be done at DRDA, Sambalpur by District Level Selection Committee and a panel of the selected candidates shall be prepared. For Gram rozgar Sevaks in Sambalpur DRDA 2020

GRS will form as “District Cadre post”.

• Disciplinary Authority

Collector-cum-CEO, Zilla Parishad is the Disciplinary Authority.

• Terms & Conditions

1.                   The GRS will be engaged on contractual basis for a period of one year, which can be extended depending upon satisfactory performance.

• The GRS so engaged will execute an Agreement indicating the terms and conditions with the Collector-cum-CEO, Zilla Parishad in Non- Judicial Stamp Paper basing on which engagement order (Contractual and Co-terminus with the scheme) shall be issued.
