Job Description Document For IIT Roper Recruitment for Engineer

IIT Ropar and DMC Ludhiana are working on a BIRAC Funded project for development of a low cost ventilator for mass deployment in Covid-19 like pandemic and for temporary management for patients of ARDS in-case of shortage of conventional ventilators in ICUs.

For this project, we are looking to fill following positions immediately:

1. Embedded Systems Engineer

            Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of microcontroller programming with hands-on experience in controlling motors, pumps, LCDs, ADCs etc.
• Expertise in PCB Design and Printing.
• Proven project experience is essential.
• Knowledge of analog electronics especially of Mosfet based power circuits will be advantageous. For IIT Roper Recruitment for Engineer

  Eligibility: B.Tech. in Electrical or Computer Science Engineering with minimum of 70% in last degree.

Salary: Rs. 30000/- (Consolidated)

2. Mechanical Design and Simulation Engineer

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of solidworks and Ansys or Comsol.
• Should have knowledge of both static and dynamic simulations
• Prior project experience is essential.

  Eligibility: BTech./MTech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 70% in last degree.

Salary: Rs. 30000/- (Consolidated)

3. Manufacturing Engineer OFr IIT Roper Recruitment for Engineer

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and material characteristics.
• Should have knowledge of 3D printing, Injection Molding and other manufacturing processes.
• Would be required to interact with 3rd parties for manufacturing parts.

Eligibility: MTech in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering  with minimum of 70% in last degree.

Salary: Rs. 30000/-

4. Clinical Trials Associate

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of the process of clinical trials.
• Excellent english writing and documentation skills.
• Willing to travel between DMC Ludhiana and IIT Ropar.

Eligibility: M.Pharm/M.Sc. with minimum of 70% in last degree. For IIT Roper Recruitment for Engineer

Salary: Rs. 30000/- (Consolidated)

Opportunities (1 – 3) are IIT Ropar based while (4) would need to spend a significant amount of time at DMC Ludhiana.
