1. Ii is proposed to fi11 up the posts listed in Annexure-I in the Regional Office (North Central Zone) of the Ministry of Environment. Forests and Climate Change at Dehradun from amongst officials of Central Government/ Central Government PSU’s/State Government’s Department on ad-hoc deputation. The details of the Eligibility conditions for the posts to be filled up on the deputation basis and the proforma for the application can be seen at Annexure-II and Annexure-Ill of the vacancy circular in the website of the MoEF&CC , Govt. of India at uv’w.iiioef.nic.in or can also  be  obtained  directly  from  the North Central Regional office. Dehradun.

• The terms and conditions of the candidates selected for appointment on deputation basis will be

_•ovemed as per the conditions laid down in the Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training’s OM No. 6/5/ 2009-Estt., dated 17.6.2010 and OM No. 2/6/2016-Esti. (Pay-11) dated 17.02.201 6 as amended from time to time.

• MOEF Recruitment 2020 for Assistant in DEHRADUN The period of deputation v’ill be initially for three years and is likely to be extended further up to seven years as per the guidelines of DOP&T. The Departmental Officers in the feeder category who are in direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation, and similarly, deputationists shall not be eli_gib1e for consideration for appointment by promotion. The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or other Office/ Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three (03) years. The maximum ace limit for appointment of deputation shall not exceed 56 (Fifty six) years as on the closings date prescribed for receipt of application.

Essential qualification: Bachelor’s degree horn a recognised University/Institute. Note 1: The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion. Note 2: Period of deputation (ISTC) including period of deputation (ISTC) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation/department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (ISTC) shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
